This culinary experience created by owner and award-winning chef, Master Chef, and My Kitchen Rules (MKR) judge Kayla-Ann, whose dedication to fresh, local ingredients and innovative cooking techniques invites guests on a unique gastronomic journey.



The new menu showcases a variety of beautifully plated dishes that highlight the essence of coastal cuisine, including:



Oysters with Chilli, Coriander, Lime & Granny Smith: A refreshing start that combines the ocean’s bounty with zesty and herbaceous accents.


Durban Crayfish Curry: A hearty and aromatic curry that captures the spirit of the south coast, celebrating the rich flavours of its waters.


Octopus with Korean Radish and Parsley: Tender octopus paired with crunchy Korean radish, finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an invigorating touch.


Seared Tuna with Bonito, Sesame, Pickled Ginger & Coriander: A flavorful harmony of seared tuna, umami-rich bonito, nutty sesame, and zesty pickled ginger.



Smoked Mussels with Bacon Tops & Cream Cheese: A delightful blend of smokiness and creaminess that elevates the humble mussel, with special thanks to Bryant for this culinary inspiration.


Crispy Pork with Mustard, Pickled Cabbage & Piccalilli: A hearty dish that pairs crispy pork with tangy accompaniments, creating a satisfying contrast of flavors.


Wood Fired Local Lamb with Potato & Green Beans: Juicy local lamb, perfectly cooked and served with seasonal potatoes and green beans, highlighting the best of the region’s produce.


Chevin & Pickled Beetroot: A beautiful pairing of creamy cheese and earthy beetroot, offering a delightful balance of flavors and textures.


Variations of Pear & Liquorice: A sweet finale featuring innovative preparations of pear, enhanced by the intriguing notes of liquorice.
